When I first purchased my Cricut, I spent days and days creating projects using designs I’d found in Design Space. After searching on Etsy I realized that there was a much bigger world of projects available outside of the Design Space images but it quickly dawned on me that with all these wonderful new designs came a rapidly growing cost. I was so inspired, I wanted to create them all but I just couldn’t afford it. I then started searching for free svg design websites and began what is now my huge list of the best places to download free svgs for your Cricut and Silhouette. And I am so pleased to share it with you!

Creative Fabrica is my second go to place for free fonts and free svgs. I LOVE their weekly mix and the fact it’s instant download at a click of a button. They also have a daily freebie available for a limited time only. I post this in my newsletter too so you guys get kept up to date!

Creative Market publishes 6 freebies each week. When you first visit their site its hard to find their free products straight away as they are listed in their footer but click on this link and I’ll take you straight there. The secrecy is totally due to the amazing talent of the designers they showcase. You know that these freebies are quality stuff. And the range they have to offer is really great offer a great selection of designers from all over the web.

I just adore So Fontsy, the newest craft marketplace on the block! A great selection of designers, the site is easy to read, weekly freebies plus an almost free section too with commercial designs going for as little as $3. Also I now see they give away the official ‘so fontsy’ font with a commercial license. How cool is that?

While there are many fonts on the market, Da Font is the absolute queen of the free font world! They have a HUGE selection of fonts to choose from. Clearly listed in a great range of categories. This is the place to come to for all your personal use projects. A WORD OF WARNING though, if it’s commercial use fonts you are after you need to walk on by as the majority of these are for personal use only. Many of the designers list links to purchase their commercial license or state whether it is commercial use you just need to read the descriptions carefully. Either way, its still a great place to come to try before you buy!
