How do I get one of your freebies?

I offer two types of freebies: Free SVGs from the Free Svg Library and VIP Member Freebies.

Free SVGs from the FREE SVG LIBRARY

These come with a personal license and can be downloaded instantly with an email address. To sell a product made using a free Svg from this library you will need to purchase a commercial license.

VIP Member Freebies

These are free Svg files that I post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday here. They come with a commercial license and are available to download for 24 hours. Once expired they are available to purchase in my store. To become a VIP member to you need a Jojo & Bella account. To sign up click here. When signed in, you will be able to download them in one click, simply by clicking ‘Download Now’. Download the file and unzip, then you’re good to go!

How do I download my purchases?

Go to Download. Click on the download button beside the product you want to download.

How do I unzip SVG files / bundles?

When you click download you will receive a ZIP file. If you are using a mobile or tablet you will need to install an unzipping app like izip or similar which are free to download from your App Store. Please ensure you are familiar with zip files.

What programs can I use and with what file types?

Please check you are using the correct file type for your program:

SVG – Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Silhouette (Designer Edition)
DXF – Silhouette Studio ( free edition)
EPS – Make The Cut, also for vector use in several design programs.
PNG – For printing and web use. .png is a universal file format. Some most used programs include Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, Paint (PC), Preview (Mac), etc. A free, web-based program option is Google Docs. You will need to resize the PNG image to the size needed within these programs.

No SVG / My file is corrupted

Every one of my designs is saved in SVG format first and then the other file types are saved after. If you see SVG document, a chrome or Internet Explored icon or an SVG that looks like it can’t be opened just go to your cutting program and open it through there. If you are not seeing it at all or if your files aren’t working when they have been downloaded that means they were likely corrupted in the download. You may be using Chrome/Internet Explorer/Safari and when the connection is poor or download speed is slow and even sometimes for an unexplained reason, this will all affect it from working properly. If there is no SVG try deleting the zip file and downloading again. This usually works it self out.

Custom and personalised orders

Generally I do not take customized orders however if you have a design idea with general appeal I will add it to the shop. If you want a design file to be a specific size for a large print project for example I can change the size upon request.

I don’t use a cutting machine. Can I still order one of your designs?

Yes you can! You have two options:
1) Make it yourself with iron on transfer paper and an inkjet printer. You can find the paper on amazon, ebay, etsy or your local craft store. See my resources page for my best tried and tested prodcuts.
2) Use a professional printer like printlab, printafly or a local printer who can print your products for you.

I changed my mind on my purchase, can I return or exchange it?

Unfortunately, I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges however I will help the best I can if you are experiencing problems with your download. 

I cannot log into my account

If it says the account does not exist or invalid email. Try registering again. If it says that the account already exists when you re-register, try changing the password and re-logging in.

I’m receiving all the emails but I cannot log in to my account.

You may be subscribed to the newsletter and may not have an account. You can try to register and see what happens.

My payment isn’t processing what do I do?

If there is anything you want to talk about please do drop me a message. I don’t really have set hours so just contact me anytime. The only time you may find a delay in me responding is if I’m asleep (I’m in the UK, so GMT time) or if Bella is demanding my attention.
